French police find 70 kilos of cannabis in the house of the mayor of Avallon

The French police found 70 kilos of cannabis during a search of the private house this Sunday Jamilah Habsaoui, the mayor of Avallon, a city in eastern France with about 7,000 residents. Jamilah Habsaoui, 45, was elected mayor of Avallon in 2021 as a candidate of the Socialist Party (PS) and also holds a position as a regional deputy in the Yonne Regional Council.
