Former Miss America commits suicide by jumping from tall building

New York: Former Miss America Cheslie Kryst committed suicide by jumping from an apartment in a high-rise building in New York City.

According to police, the woman who committed suicide by jumping from a high-rise building in Midtown on Sunday was former Miss USA Cheslie Kryst.

The winner of the 2019 beauty pageant, Cheslie Kryst’s apartment was on the ninth floor of the 60-story Orion Building in Manhattan when she was found dead in a street down Sunday morning.

Shortly before jumping off the building, Cheslie Kryst wrote in a post on its Instagram page: “These days have brought you peace and comfort.”

The Cheslie family said in a statement that Chesley always served others, she was the embodiment of love, whether as a lawyer fighting for social justice, as Miss USA, or as a host on Extras. But, most importantly, her memory as a daughter, sister, friend, mentor, and companion will live on.

According to reports, Cheslie Kryst, who lives on the ninth floor of the building, was alone in the apartment at the time of the suicide and was last seen on the roof of the 29th floor.

Sources say Cheslie Kryst left behind a note stating that it wanted to leave everything to its mother, who herself had participated in the beauty pageant in the past, and who was named in 2002 by Mrs. North Carolina. Was crowned

However, in the note, Cheslie did not say the reason for his suicide, nor has the reason for his extreme action been revealed yet.
