From long bottom days with up to six hours of shooting, to specific exercises for sprint preparation, aerodynamics and biomechanics with time trial bikes, going through stress tests or medical check-ups; They make up a very complete agenda with its epicenter at the Hotel Helios in Almuñécar.
In addition to the purely sporting part, cyclists they have received talks from the different sponsors, who have been able to show their product, solve technical issues or show the improvements made. The work of nutritionists, mechanics, communication managers and sports directors has harmonized the intense days, which have included the traditional group photo that kicks off the season.
