Ethereum is climbing, while XRP, avalanche, and polygon are soaring

Ethereum klimt weer, XRP, avalanche, en polygon stijgen keihard

It is an exceptionally green day today crypto land compared to lately. Although bitcoin (BTC) is rising cautiously, there is still a lot of fear that the worst is not yet over. However, it is noticeable that many altcoins are already attracting stronger and today there are some significant outliers in between. Despite this, the total market cap of all cryptocurrencies is still below $1 trillion, but has increased by about 3% in the past 24 hours to $978 million.

Ethereum up 5%

Ethereum (ETH) briefly dipped below $1,100 last night, but then jumped sharply. Ether prices then continued to rise, but peaked around $1,160 last night. Subsequently, ETH dropped to $1,134 and then made a small bounce, but it looks like again this $1,160 is creating too much resistance. Nevertheless, ETH is currently 5% in the plus.

SHIB, DOGE, TRX lag a little

The meme coins are somewhat behind today. Shiba inu (SHIB) rose strongly at the beginning of this week, but that has now slowed down a bit. Still, the price seems to remain in an uptrend for now and SHIB is 1% in the plus, although it is not yet able to break through $0.0000104. Dogecoin (DOGE) is already up 2.5%, but the $0.66 seems to be the top for now. Tron (TRX) is now also starting to rise sharply and may have just broken through $0.065, so that the price is up 2.8% today.

BNB, ADA, DOT and SOL in the plus

Binance coin (BNB) is already picking up stronger and is 4.9% in the plus. BNB is currently romping again at $233. Cardano (ADA) is up 5.4%, although the $0.5 appears to be just too far off for now. Polkadot (DOT) is up 6%, but can the price now find a foothold above $8? Solana (SOL) outperforms slightly and is up 6.7% today. However, SOL was rejected just above $39 last night and remains below that for now.

AVAX, XRP, MATIC are rising fast

Then we have some really big climbers. Avalanche (AVAX) made a huge jump early this morning, which means that the price is no less than 10.5% in the plus. However, the $19.8 was one step too much this morning. Ripple (XRP) made an even bigger jump and is currently back at $0.38 with a price increase of 16.2%. Yet it is polygon (MATIC) that once again steals the show. MATIC made significant gains last night, but failed to hold above $0.6. Despite this, MATIC is up 19% today.

Crypto top 100 hardest risers and fallers

Furthermore, in the top 100 there are even more big climbers to be found. For example, titanswap (TITAN), algorand (ALGO), cosmos (ATOM) 8% and near (NEAR) are in the plus. Stellar (XLM), ecash (XEC) and okb (OKB) are 9% in the green. For theta (THETA) it is 10% and for bittorrent (BTT) and celsius network (CEL) it is 11%. Thorchain (RUNE), zilliqa (ZIL) and basic attention token (BAT) are already up 12%. Tensent (10SET) is no less than 18% in the plus and axie infinity (AXS) is just like polygon 19% in the plus today.

Not all crypto from the top 100 colors green today, but luckily the red side is very scanty today. Chain (XCN) and aave (AAVE) are 2% in the min, leo (LEO) 3% and flex coin (FLEX) 3.5%.
