According to foreign media, Elon Musk’s daughter Xavier Alexander Musk had filed a petition in a Los Angeles court in April 2022, in which she said that my gender identity should be changed from male to female and it should be registered under a new name. ۔
She has stated in her application for a change of name and a new birth certificate that the new name reflects her new gender identity because she is transgender. In the petition, Xavier has written his new name Vivian Gina Wilson.
Xavier said in the petition that one of the reasons for changing the name along with gender identity was not having any relationship with the father.
Elon Musk is thought to have married Xavier’s mother, Justin Wilson, in January 2000, and the couple had twin sons, Graffen and Xavier, in April 2004. Elon Musk and Justin Wilson divorced in 2008.
