Dubai Expo 2020: New litigation program launched

Dubai: Director General of Dubai Courts Tarish Eid Al Mansoori has launched the “Digital Litigation Program” at Expo 2020 Dubai during a meeting with the Government Council.

The purpose of this program is to take technical legal action keeping abreast of the overall development of Dubai and to conduct court hearings on a regular basis from a distance, using creative methods as directed by the Government of Dubai. Al-Mansouri said the “Digital Litigation Program” aims to use modern technology and digitally transform judicial services, a success that is the result of teamwork, cooperation and efforts by judicial and administrative bodies.
