Brasilia: A bridge over a river in Brazil suddenly collapsed, injuring several people.
According to the report of foreign news agency, a part of the bridge over the river in the city of Joanville suddenly collapsed during the Christmas celebrations in Brazil.
Dozens of people standing on the sidewalk fell into the river after the bridge collapsed, leaving 33 people injured, including 12 children.
The horrific scene of the accident was captured in the eye of the camera in which it can be seen that people are standing on the sidewalk and suddenly a part of the bridge collapses.
All those injured in the crash were rushed to a hospital where their condition was reported to be out of danger.
It was not immediately clear if people fell into the river or fell on the riverbank under the raised sidewalk, but the video shows people pulling people out with their help after a section of the bridge collapsed. ۔
According to the report, the cause of the accident was not immediately known but an investigation has been started.
