Originally from El Seibo, the genes of her parents have had an influence, but above all her determined goal of making the name of the Dominican woman stand out for other reasons that are not trivial, nor her physical beauty, which she also possesses.
Graduated in one of the first promotions in the country of Business Administration Tourist and Hoteliers, Dinángeli has not only known how to take advantage of time, but has also set a precedent by raising the name of its genre and its country.
With 18 years residing in Mexico, his work in the Globalia company, at the forefront as a Spanish tourist group, made up of; Air Europa, Travelplan, Be Live Hotels, Halcón Viajes and Welcomebeds, among others, have had a very important opportunity in terms of diversity.
His beginnings in that company dating back 32 yearswhen he was barely 20, made clear his resolute personality and decision, being the first non-Spanish person to be awarded the position of Delegate of a country.
A feat taking into account that the company had at that time, more than 20,000 employees and the stereotypes of being a woman, Latin American and divorced, with a minor daughter in my care.
The beginning
For the 1988, She started as a restaurant waitress and ended years later as an assistant to the general manager at Sand Castle and Bayside Hill Hotels. Between 1990-2002, she held different positions in the Reservations, Excursions, Operations and Customer Assistance departments, while the following year she became the Local Market Commercial Director for Manati Park.
In these experiences, he discovered that the hotel industry was not his vocation and decided to venture into another area within the Tourism sector, inbound travel agencies.
Remember that in 1990, when charter flights from Spain to the Dominican Republic began in the country, with the company Globalia pioneering that route, was part of the initial staff that formed Prieto Tours to receive these passengers in the country. Years later, she did a master’s degree in Tourism and Hotel Business Management, until she became an empowered woman after emigrating from her native country to Cancun, Mexico.
Dinangeli added experience of one year until 2004, as manager of Groups and Conventions of the Club Caribe Agency of the Marsans Group, while from then on, she became Travelplan Mexico delegate, director of Welcome Incoming and Welcomebeds Mexico.
Since 2021 she has been the Director of Contracting and Caribbean Product for Welcomebeds of the Avoris Group, which is why she moved to live in Mexico, where today, after a merger of the Globalia and Barceló Groups in that year, as a result of her responsibility she has at your expense the destinations; Mexico, Cuba, Jamaica, Dominican and Costa Rica.
Her character and honesty have led her to occupy the position of treasurer on the board of directors of the world’s oldest association of tourism professionals (SKAL), where the cream participates, of the owners and directors of the tourist companies of Cancun. She is an active member of the Women’s Association of Tourism Business Executives (AFEET).
