The Minister of Tourism, David Collado, gave yesterday the first piezo for the construction of the access road and parking in Macao beach, which will have an investment of more than RD $ 53 million.
The work, which is part of the integral reorganization project of Playa Macao, 104 vehicle parking lots will be built as well as an area for motorcycles and buses.
The activity was attended by the main provincial authorities and representatives of the sector, led by Rafael Blanco and Paola Rainieri, president and former president of the National Association of Hotels and Tourism (Asonahores).
“Today I am here giving this first pie to the reconstruction of the Macao beach access road and parking lot, first attending an old claim of this province and second fulfilling the promise I made to them months ago,” said Minister Collado.
