GTC 2022: The Indian women’s cricket team suffered a 9-run loss against Australia in the final of the Commonwealth Games 2022. India did not win this match but definitely won hearts. The Indian women’s cricket team definitely lost the final match but still made history by winning the silver medal in women’s cricket for the first time. In the final match, Australia had scored 161 runs while playing first, but in response India scored 152 runs from 19.3 overs.
What was the condition of the match?
If we talk about this match, with the help of Beth Mooney’s half-century, Australia scored 161 from eight in the final of the women’s T20 cricket event at the Commonwealth Games despite tremendous fielding by India. Australia won the toss and decided to bat first.
