The Hague: EU law enforcement has cracked down on the Dark Web and arrested more than 150 operatives.
According to the report of the news agency, the international law enforcement agency of the European Union has carried out a well-organized operation against the Dark Web, which is famous for the sale and purchase of illegal, prohibited goods and immoral activities.
During the operation, 150 Dark Web-linked operatives from around the world were arrested, and large quantities of illicit currency, drugs and weapons were recovered from their possession.
According to the report, the intelligence agency Europol took strict action against the operatives present in many countries including USA, Germany and UK.
According to the report, 65 workers were arrested from the United States, 47 from Germany and 47 from the United Kingdom. All the arrested suspects were involved in buying and selling illegal goods and immoral activities.
According to the statement, millions of euros, digital currency, bitcoins, drugs and weapons were also recovered from the possession of the accused. It is reported that the successful operation was carried out on the basis of intelligence cooperation and information from other countries of Europol.
