They are now the faces of a miracle in Colombia. Four siblings have been found after surviving their plane crash and spending 40 days lost in the jungle. They are airlifted, haggard looks and emaciated bodies. A medical plane takes them to the hospital in Bogota (Colombia). Their grandmother, several hundred kilometers from the capital, is eager to find them.
“I’m so happy, I’ll hug all four of themexplains Fatima Valencia. I will give thanks for all this and cheer them up. I will move them forward. I want my grandchildren.” It was after more than a month of fierce searches that rescuers found the children five kilometers from the crash of their plane. The children had left behind some traces, suggesting that they were alive. They are now being watched closely by doctors, safe.
