Beijing: After US President Joe Biden’s announcement to defend Taiwan, there has been a strong reaction from China.
According to a foreign news agency, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Mao Ning said in his statement that we reserve the right to respond to activities that divide the nation.

China said that it strongly opposes the US statement of defense of Taiwan, Taiwan is part of China and the People’s Republic of China is the sole imperial government of China.
It should be noted that a cold war has been going on between the US and China over the issue of Taiwan for some time. The US has also announced a huge arms package to Taiwan.
Meanwhile, speaking in a program yesterday, US President Joe Biden said that our forces will fully defend Chinese attacks on Taiwan and there has been no change in our policy in this regard.

The US announced an arms package worth 1 billion 10 million dollars for Taiwan, while also approving a new arms package. It is pictured as a major arms package for Taiwan by the Biden administration.
Taiwan will spend $355 million on the purchase of 60 Harpoon Block Two missiles. Through this system, any attack by sea will be thwarted.
