In a letter addressed to the National Federation of Banks (Fenabancas), the official reported that after delivering an updated list of banks, points of sale and agencies, he identified those that are still open without registration.
In this context, he indicated that they began the closing process in coordination with the Public ministry.
This dependency of the Ministry of Finance warned in past months about the eventual seizure, closure and submission to the action of justice to those businesses that were not duly regularized.
In addition, the institution gave instructions for those who are not registered in its original and preliminary database to comply with this requirement.
According to information, the preliminary list of banks that accepted the regulation process is registered on the web portalwww.casinos.gob.do, and that it is classified by provinces and municipalities.
