Case Filed Against Actress Bobby for Theft and Attempted Murder
A case has been filed against Dhakai movie actress Yamin Haque Bobby for allegedly assaulting her with intent to steal and kill her. The case was filed at Gulshan police station on Saturday afternoon by Muhammad Saqib Uddoja, a person who has been accused of being involved in the incident.
Case Details
According to the case report, Bobby and another accused, Mirza Abul Basar, have been accused of assaulting Saqib Uddoja with intent to steal and kill him. The case was filed under sections 323, 325, 307, 379, 427, and 506 of the Bangladesh Penal Code.
Investigation
Gulshan Police Officer-in-Charge Mazharul Islam has confirmed the authenticity of the case. He said that the second accused in this case is Bobby, the first accused is Mirza Abul Bashar (34). They also filed a counter-case later.
The investigating officer of the case, Gulshan police station sub-inspector Anwar Hossain, told a media that the case took place on June 23. After this incident, another case was filed by the defendants of the case number 13. Currently, two cases are under investigation.
Background of the Case
According to the incident report, Bobby and Mirza Abul Basar jointly bought a restaurant at YN Center in Gulshan. The heroine named the restaurant ‘Bobstar’ after her. Bobby and Bashar were supposed to pay Tk 55 lakh to the previous owner of this restaurant. First, they gave a check of 15 lakhs and then 10 lakhs, but two checks bounced.
Conflict and Threats
The first owner of the restaurant, Aman Ullah Aman, said that Bobby and Bashar are basically buyers. They promised to buy but did not pay. They also tried to take over the restaurant by force. So, he took legal recourse. A meeting in this regard is scheduled to be held at Gulshan police station tonight. Then, he can talk about the rest of the progress of the case.
Other Cases Filed
It is known that several cases have been filed in the name of Bobby’s friend Abul Basar. Abul Bashar owns a company called BTL Group. He was also supposed to make a movie called ‘Master Mind’ with Bobby as the heroine from this company. Bobby and Bashar’s closeness is based on that.
