Alejandro Veiga, deputy secretary and head of Boca’s Human Rights area, reported in a statement that “the first talk of this type outside the club will be held, with the three city clubs working together.”

“The talk is intended for the entire public and especially for those who have information on the whereabouts of any of the grandchildren who have yet to be returned. Many do not know that they were adopted or that they are being searched for. There is a lot of misinformation out there and the more informed we are, the better we are going to be to get back the grandchildren we can,” she said.

Both Boca and River signed an agreement with Abuelas de Plaza de Mayo in October of last year with the aim of providing help to locate and return to their legitimate families all the children disappeared by the last dictatorship in our country.

For this Estela de Carlotto, head of Grandmothers of Plaza de Mayo, and other people who make up this Civil Association, were present at the facilities of the Brandsen 805 club, City of Buenos Aires, to sign this mutual commitment.
