BCCI Central Contract List: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) had announced the contract list of players for the year 2023-24 on February 28. The names of 30 players were included in this list. But now this list has been changed. There are now 32 players on the BCCI’s central contract list instead of 30. Two new players have joined the central contract.

India’s new batting star Sarfaraz Khan and wicketkeeper Dhruv Jurel have been added to the central contract list after meeting the criteria to play in three Tests in the current season. Both players were placed in Group C. Their names were approved in the BCCI Apex Council meeting on Monday. These two players will now receive Rs 1 crore annually from BCCI.

Sarfaraz Khan and wicket-keeper batsman Dhruv Jurel had performed brilliantly in the five-match Test series against England.
