As part of the initiatives of its digital transformation plan, Banco BHD launched a new web portal programmed with the latest advances in artificial intelligence, being the first financial entity in the country to use this Amazon Web Services (AWS) technology.

The new BHD web portal is accessible and adaptable to all mobile devices such as smartphones, laptops and tablets, among others. From this website, BHD customers and any other non-customer can make product requests online.

Luis Lembert, executive vice president general manager of Banco BHD, assured that “our advances in digitization are consistent and we will continue in this search for solutions that add value to our clients through efficient, agile and friendly processes, and the delivery of products and services that meet their financial needs.

Personal clients, SMEs, large companies and corporations each have their own section in the new BHD portal and can customize the information they wish to view. The main sections of this website correspond to products, which makes their identification easier.

The technology implemented in the BHD web portal is based on artificial intelligence that facilitates the automatic generation of recommendations for people who access this page. This is possible thanks to Amazon Web Services (AWS), which provides the ability to personalize content based on browsing history.
