Cairo: A man in Egypt shocked the audience by suddenly announcing ‘talaq mubarak’ to his wife on the mic at his daughter’s wedding ceremony.
According to Arab media, a man in the Damietta governorate of Cairo, the capital of Egypt, surprised everyone by announcing the divorce of his wife in the hall on the day of his daughter’s wedding.
Masri divorced his wife on the day of her daughter’s wedding by saying ‘Happy marriage to daughter and happy divorce to wife’ on the mic, not only this but also shared the video on social media.
In the video, the Egyptian can be seen and heard divorcing his wife in Arabic.

Masri announced at his daughter’s wedding, “Congratulations to the bridegroom and the bride on their marriage a thousand times, I also congratulate the mother of the bride on this occasion and give her a divorce. Go to your family home.’
The divorced woman described this act of her ex-husband as a conspiracy against her and her daughter, the Egyptian is also facing significant criticism from social media users.
According to the woman, there had been differences between the husband and wife for some time, they had separated in July, and the woman did not leave her husband’s house because of the children.
However, the reason why the divorce was announced on this particular occasion could not be revealed.
