Asner Grover, a well-known businessman and judge on the show ‘Shark Tank India’, appeared as a guest on ‘Bigg Boss OTT’ last year, where he met Salman Khan. Their encounter was marked by a sharp exchange of words on stage. Salman expressed his displeasure with Ashneer, stating that he had never met him before and was not fond of the way Ashneer had spoken about him. Ashneer remained silent and did not respond to Salman’s comments at the time.
Later, after leaving the show, Ashneer made several negative comments about Salman. However, with his own show approaching, Ashneer’s tone seems to have changed. In a recent video circulating on social media, Ashneer can be seen responding to a question about Salman Khan. He claims that he had raised the issue of competition unnecessarily and that Salman had called him peacefully. Ashneer questions why Salman would say he did not know him when he had, in fact, called him.
Ashneer stated, “If you were a brand ambassador for my company, it would not be possible for you to become one without my knowledge. I used to run the company in such a way that everything had to go through me.” He also mentioned that he had missed the opportunity to take a photo with Salman when they met, and he could not keep any evidence of their meeting. However, Ashneer claimed that he apologized to Salman during their encounter.
Salman had previously stated that he did not recognize Ashneer when he came on the stage of the reality show. Salman said, “I just found out that you are coming. I didn’t even know your name, but when I saw that video, I remembered your face. I am just saying that you should be careful about how you present yourself, even when we are not there.”
