Aruna Irani Recalls Manoj Kumar’s Final Days And Struggle With Illness

The film industry is mourning the loss of legendary actor and filmmaker Manoj Kumar. Amidst the outpouring of emotional tributes, veteran actress Aruna Irani shared fond memories of her guru and co-star, her eyes welling up with tears as she reminisced about their time together. Aruna spoke about Manoj’s final days and his long battle with illness, saying, “No one can escape time and age. He was ill for a long time. A few months ago, I was hospitalized with a fractured leg in the same hospital where he was being treated, but I couldn’t meet him due to my injury.”

Aruna’s Revelation

She shared a heartbreaking detail about his declining health, “His lungs would fill up with water, and he would come for treatment. He’d stay for a few days and then return home. I hope he finds peace. We’ll miss him dearly, but ultimately, we all have to go one day.”
