Apple Watch Series 7 will arrive with bigger screens according to Bloomberg

The Apple Watch Series 7 may be weeks away from its official launch.

Well-known Bloomberg analyst Mark Gurman has said that the next version will incorporate a new S7 processor, better wireless connectivity with ultra-wideband (UWB) technology, a thicker body and a new screen with thinner bezels.

Speaking of screen, for the first time since the 2017 Apple Watch Series 4, and for the second time overall, The Apple Watch will have larger screens, according to Gurman.

The watch will be offered in two options 41 and 45 mm, which is an increase from the 40 and 44 mm of the Apple Watch Series 6. The extra screen space this year will allow Apple to introduce new displays, including a new Infograph Modular display.

In principle, no new health-related features are expected for the device this year. Last year, Apple added the blood oxygen sensor, which, as Apple explains, “Monitor the percentage of oxygen that red blood cells carry from the lungs to the rest of the body”.

Gurman expects Apple to add a body temperature scanner to next year’s Apple Watch and there is no mention of the supposed blood sugar sensor for diabetics.
