Bans in Rouen and Épinal
While other demonstrations are planned in the rest of France, in Marseille, Lyon, or even in Rennes or Rouen, the prefect of Seine-Maritime Pierre-André Durand has banned the anti-sanitary pass demonstration in a part from downtown Rouen. A decision strongly denounced by Florian Philippot on Twitter.

The prefecture of Seine-Maritime justifies “the risks of disturbances to public order and security that would be engendered by the presence of demonstrators in the perimeter” dedicated to another demonstration “La rue aux enfants”. Failure to comply with this ban will be punished with six months in prison and a fine of 7,500 euros for the organizers of the event. The participants, for their part, incur a fine of 135 euros.
In Épinal, in the Vosges, the prefect renews the decree prohibiting the perimeter of the city center from noon to 8 p.m.
