New Delhi: Another attempt to distort the history of the Taj Mahal has failed, the Indian Supreme Court has disappointed the BJP on its request to rewrite the history of the Taj Mahal.

According to details, another attempt by the Bharatiya Janata Party to distort the Taj Mahal has failed, the Supreme Court of India rejected the request to rewrite the history of the Taj Mahal.

The Supreme Court of India dismissed the petition as inadmissible and said that the Taj Mahal should remain where it has been for 400 years.

A bench comprising Justice MR Shah and Justice CT Ravi Kumar expressed displeasure and said that we are not sitting here to reopen history, history should be allowed to continue.

It was claimed in the petition that wrong facts related to Taj Mahal are recorded in the history books, therefore an order should be made to remove the alleged wrong historical facts related to Taj Mahal from the history and syllabus books.
