New Delhi: The air pollution in the Indian capital New Delhi will once again increase alarmingly, before the air in the city was slightly cleaner due to rain.

According to the air bulletin issued by the Central Pollution Control Board, the air quality in Anand Vihar area of ​​Delhi was 418 yesterday, compared to the AQI of 405 a day earlier on Monday.

Earlier, air quality in Delhi improved slightly due to rain. An AQI of 50 was recorded around 7 pm on Sunday, which is considered good.

The Meteorological Department says that from September 21, light drizzle is likely again with increase in wind speed, along with a drop in temperature. In such a situation, the pollution level may be good or satisfactory.

Note that an AKI between zero and 50 is good, 51 to 100 is satisfactory, 101 to 200 is moderate, 201 to 300 is bad, 301 to 400 is very bad, and 401 is bad. 500 is considered worst.
