Doha: Al Jazeera has begun preparing a dossier announcing that it will go to the International Court of Justice for the murder of a female journalist by the Israeli army.
According to the details, Al Jazeera has decided to go to the International Criminal Court for the murder of Shirin Aqila, a female journalist who was shot dead by the Israeli army.
The agency has begun preparing a dossier to be submitted to the International Court of Justice. The Israeli bombing of Al Jazeera’s office in Gaza in May last year and the consequent destruction of the office will also be taken up in the International Court of Justice.
It may be recalled that the Palestinian Attorney General had presented the investigation report of the Palestinian Authority about the slain Al Jazeera journalist Shereen Abu Aqila.
