A Uruguayan was attacked by a dog of this breed Pit bull in the bar Chui, on the Brazilian side of the border. The man was attacked this Sunday afternoon by the animal that bit him on the face.
Due to the severity of the injuries, the man lost part of his nose and although he was initially treated at Chuy Hospital, he was later transferred to a care center in Montevideo, where he remains hospitalized.
The Uruguayan police do not have any data on the incident as, as stated, it is up to their Brazilian counterpart to investigate the incident Underlined from Rocha headquarters.
Now Brazilian police are working to identify the owner of the animal that carried out the attack.
