Bella and Nick Williams are a British couple who are giving away their villa in England worth around $1.8 million.
They built a huge five-bedroom dream home in the East Sussex area, but the death of their parents caused them to change their outlook on life and now value much simpler things.
“The last few years have been challenging, with the unexpected loss of my mother and then my father’s serious health problems. “These struggles have reminded us how valuable life is and how important it is to make every day count,” they told the Sussex Express portal.
So Nick (53 years old) and Bella (52) came up with the idea of raffling off their house worth $1.8 million (£1.5 million).
The huge mansion sits in an open field. It has an entrance hall, five bedrooms, living room, kitchen and breakfast room, two bathrooms, terrace with garden, swimming pool, front garden and a large parking space.

This couple wants to use the money raised to build a glamping facility but also donate some of the funds to charity.
“By raffling off our house, we hope to make this dream a reality. We are excited about the prospect of handing over the keys to the lucky winners and raising money for a good cause. Good luck to all participants,” they said.
According to the couple, part of the money will be donated to The Matthew 25 Mission and Warming up the Homeless, which support social causes.
The raffle takes place via the website Raffall where people from all over the world can buy tickets.
However, there is a special condition for the mansion raffle: all 440,000 tickets must be sold to win the main prize.
If unsuccessful, the couple promised to donate 50% of the proceeds generated by the competition.
