Today is the birth anniversary of actor Anupam Shyam Ojha who gained popularity by playing the role of Sajjan Singh in the TV show Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya. Last year, at the age of 63, Anupam Shyam passed away after a long illness. Apart from TV shows, Anupam Shyam was also praised for his great performance in many movies including films like Wanted, Munna Michael, Bloodcharitra and Slumdog Millionaire.
Let us tell you that Anupam Shyam belonged to Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh. He was always attracted to acting, which is why he graduated from the Bhartendu Academy of Dramatic Arts, Lucknow. He started his acting career through TV shows, but got the most recognition from the Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya show, which aired from 2009 to 2021. During this time he also did movies like Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi, Shakti: The Power, Bandit Queen , Lajja, Nayak, Dubai Returns and Parzania.
While working in movies, there came a stage in Anupam Shyam’s life where his health started to deteriorate. Due to kidney disease, he had to undergo dialysis but his health deteriorated day by day. One day, while undergoing dialysis, he fell down and his condition got much worse. He died on August 8, 2021 after being hospitalized for a few days.
In the last round, news also started to come in that Anupam Shyam was in financial trouble. It is said that he did not even have money for the treatment. Despite being ill, Anupam Shyam was part of the Pratigya 2 program and did not leave the shoot until the last day of his illness.
