A father in Iraq killed his 22-year-old daughter, a popular YouTuber, in the name of honor.
According to foreign media, the victim was identified as Tayyaba Ali, who has millions of followers on social media. She used to upload her daily videos on YouTube.
A spokesman for the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that Tayyaba Ali was killed on January 31 in Diwaniya province. Tayyaba Ali had been living in Turkey for some time and there was a quarrel with her family. The police had tried to mediate between the daughter and the parents.
