Xiaomi continues to promote its next line of mid-range smartphones, the Redmi Note 11. And after having already revealed several features of the new equipment, it was time to find out details about the cameras in the latest publications.
Xiaomi reinforces its commitment to the 108 MP sensor in Redmi Note 11
Confirming the rumors, Xiaomi revealed that the 108MP camera will be back on the Redmi Note 11. Although the brand does not reveal which models, this is only expected on the Redmi Note 11 Pro or Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus.
The brand confirms that it will be possible to have photographs with high resolution of 12,000 by 9,000 pixels. The brand’s announced pixel size is 2.1 µm, which will be achieved using “pixel binning” technology. In reality, the pixels will be 0.7 µm.
As an example, Xiaomi shared a photo taken with this sensor of the “city at dusk”. You should keep in mind that this image was compressed when it was published on social networks, but it is a theoretical example of what this main camera will be able to do.
These are not the only details already confirmed by Xiaomi about the Redmi Note 11. It is known that we will bet on AMOLED panels with a refresh rate of 120Hz. Gorilla Glass Victus protection is also present for added protection.
The popular 120 W charging on a 4500 mAh battery is also confirmed. Xiaomi will thus bring to the mid-range a charging speed that debuted in some of its premium equipment.
