Yesterday Xiaomi announced that it was going to launch the new Redmi Note 12T Pro and today the model is already available for pre-reservation on the brand’s Chinese website.
The new smartphone arrives with specs for “King Kong” performance, but at an affordable price. So let’s get to know all the details.
Redmi Note 12T Pro with King Kong performance powered by Dimensity 8200 Ultra
On the Chinese social network Weibo, Xiaomi had already confirmed that the new Redmi Note 12T Pro would provide “King Kong” performance, thanks to the integration of the Dimensity 8200 Ultra processor. And accompanying this chip is up to 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage capacity.
The front proudly displays a 6.6-inch IPS LCD screen that offers Full HD+ resolution (2400×1080 pixels), a high refresh rate of 144 Hz and a brightness of up to 650 nits.
The panel also supports Dolby Vision and HDR10, and also features a 20.5:9 aspect ratio and a 1400:1 contrast ratio.
On the rear panel is the camera module with a 64-megapixel primary sensor, complemented by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle with a 120-degree field of view and even a macro sensor with 2-megapixel resolution. It also has the ability to record Full HD video at 30 frames per second.
On the front is a 16-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls that also provides Full HD video recording at up to 60 frames per second.
It even runs the MIUI 14 interface, based on the Android 13 operating system and is powered by a 5,080 mAh battery with support for 67-watt fast charging.
Redmi Note 12T Pro configurations and prices
The model is now up for pre-order in the Chinese market and is expected to hit stores tomorrow, May 31. It is possible that it will launch globally under the trade name of Redmi K60i.
It is available in four configurations that, of course, have different prices:
- 8GB + 128GB – Approx. 210 euros
- 8GB + 256GB – Approx. 225euros
- 12GB + 256GB: approx. 240 euros
- 12GB + 512GB: approx. 260 euro
