In this film, “Helen” danced to the song “Yeh Mera Dil” and this song became a super hit. Helen had danced brilliantly in many of these smash hits over her time. Helen is a famous Bollywood actress and dancer, but she is not actually from India.

Actress and dancer Helen gave an interview to a magazine in 1964 in which she talked about her family background. In this interview, Helen had told that she lives in Myanmar and she had also revealed why she came to India.

According to media reports, Helen had said in her interview, “Around 1943, during World War II, the Japanese army had sent many families from Myanmar to Assam.” My family was one of these families. We were very worried during this time, but our family came to India to escape the Japanese occupation of Burma. After some time, Helen and her family came to Mumbai from Assam.

Helen was born on November 21, 1938 in Yangon, Myanmar (now Burma). Helen’s fathers were Marlen Richardson and Zerag. In 1957 Helen married Prem Narayan Arora, from whom she separated in 1974. Helen married Salim Khan in 1981 and is still with him. Salman Khan is Helen’s stepson but he loves Helen like his real mother. Helen lives with her entire family, including Salim Khan and his first wife Salma Khan.

Actress and dancer Helen has worked with big stars like Shammi Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan and Amjad Khan. According to reports, Helen has also appeared in many films but became famous in the industry as a dancer. He gave dance performances in around 300 films and is still known for his dancing today. Her superhit dance numbers include songs like ‘Mehbooba Mehbooba’, ‘Monica O My Darling’, ‘Yeh Mera Dil’, ‘Mera Naam Chin Chin Chu’, ‘O Haseena Zulfon Wali’ and ‘Aao Na Gale Lagao Na’.
