Vivo X200 Ultra flagship smartphone features advanced camera system developed with Fujifilm

Imagine you’re a photographer on a mission to capture the perfect shot. You need a camera that can keep up with your creative vision. That’s where the vivo X200 Ultra comes in – a flagship smartphone that’s about to take the photography world by storm. Set to launch in April 2025, this device is the result of a collaboration between vivo and Fujifilm, a legendary camera brand.

Let’s take a closer look at the X200 Ultra’s camera system. The rear camera setup is a marvel, with a periscope zoom lens that’s been fine-tuned by Samsung using their ISOCELL HP9 sensor. This 200-megapixel powerhouse is capable of capturing stunning images, outperforming its predecessor, the X100 Ultra, and even a rival camera from an unnamed competitor.

But what really sets the X200 Ultra apart is its periscope zoom lens. With a focal length equivalent to 85mm and a larger aperture, it can capture 38% more light than its predecessor. Plus, it features a new lens and special coating to reduce glare and improve image quality.

The X200 Ultra’s ultrawide camera is just as impressive, using a Sony LYT-818 sensor with a 50-megapixel resolution. The focal length is equivalent to 14mm, making it perfect for capturing sweeping landscapes. The main camera uses the same sensor, with a focal length equivalent to 35mm.

But here’s the thing: the X200 Ultra’s ultrawide camera sensor is expected to be larger than usual, at 1/1.28 inches. That’s bigger than what you’d find in most smartphones, which means better image quality and more detailed shots.

While the X200 Ultra is set to launch in China, there’s no word yet on whether it’ll be available globally. One thing’s for sure, though: this smartphone is a game-changer for photography enthusiasts.
