The Counter-Strike 2 era is here.
Team Vitality crushed MOUZ 13-0 in the first map.
This was the final of the BLAST Open Lisboa 2025.
A Surprising Start
Vitality hadn’t lost in 15 series.
They started strong, beating MOUZ 13-0.
But MOUZ came back.
They won the next two maps, Mirage and Dust2, 13-11.
MOUZ was one map away from winning.
A Turning Point
Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut and his team didn’t give up.
They won the Nuke map 13-7.
This made the score 2-2.
The last map, Train, would decide the winner.
Vitality won the Train map 13-7.
They were the champions of the BLAST Lisboa.
This was their third win in a row.
Maybe this is the start of a new era in Counter-Strike 2.
- Team Vitality won the championship
- They won 16 series in a row, a new record
- They won around $150,000
- ZywOo was named MVP, his 23rd award
