His impressive record includes five centuries, with an average of 50.77. In his last Ranji match, he played innings of 13 and 43 runs against UP, with Bhuvneshwar Kumar taking his wicket both times.

The 2009/10 season was Kohli’s most successful in terms of runs and average. He scored 374 runs in just three matches, with an average of 93.5, including a century innings. He also performed exceptionally well in the 2007/08 and 2010/11 seasons, scoring over 300 runs in each season with an average of 50.

Will Virat Kohli Return to the Ranji Trophy?

While players like Rishabh Pant, Yashasvi Jaiswal, and Shubman Gill are expected to return to the Ranji Trophy, Virat Kohli’s participation remains uncertain. DDCA Secretary Ashok Sharma stated that nothing has been clarified regarding Virat’s return, despite the BCCI’s request for Indian team players to participate in domestic cricket.
