Vidyut Jammwal shares ‘Street Fighter’ cast cruise photos, confirmed as Dhalsim.

Vidyut Jammwal is officially making waves in Hollywood. The action star is currently filming his first major English-language movie, “Street Fighter.” He recently shared a heartwarming peek behind the scenes, and it looks like he’s found his tribe.

The actor posted some fun pictures with his co-stars on social media. They were all on a cruise, looking like they were having an absolute blast together. Vidyut himself wrote a telling caption alongside the images. He said, “With the warriors, I found people like myself.” It sounds like a true bond has formed among the cast.

These cheerful photos featured a long list of talented faces. Among them were Andrew Koji, Noah Centineo, Kalina Liang, David Dastmalchian, and even the mighty Jason Momoa. Vidyut is stepping into the role of Dhalsim for this movie. Imagine a spiritual yogi who can breathe fire; that’s Dhalsim for you. Gamers have long adored this character. He first appeared in “Street Fighter II,” way back in 1991, during its final scene.

The “Street Fighter” universe began as a game franchise in 1987. The new film is directed by Kitao Sakurai. Legendary Pictures is producing it, working with Capcom, the creators of the game. Fans can expect to see this exciting movie hit screens in 2026.

Speaking of his career, Vidyut Jammwal’s last film was “Crakk,” released in 2024. While that movie didn’t quite take off, Vidyut is famous for something else entirely. He’s widely recognized for his incredible action sequences and his mastery of martial arts.
