VIDEO: a first trailer for the documentary event “Schumacher”

The first trailer for the event documentary “Schumacher” has just been released by Netflix. Its broadcast is scheduled for September 15 on the streaming platform.

A date that coincides with the 30th anniversary of his start to his Formula 1 career, in 1991, when he was appointed as a substitute for Bertrand Gachot in the young team Jordan, shortly before the Belgian Grand Prix. He will join Benetton Formula in the next race. A team with which he won his first two world titles in 1994 and 1995, before joining Scuderia Ferrari in 1996, where the man who was nicknamed “The Red Baron” won 5 consecutive titles between 2000 and 2004.

The documentary Schumacher will speak to members of the pilot’s family, including his wife Corinna, father, brother, and children. Many personalities from the Formula 1 world are also featured on screen, including Jean Todt, Bernie Ecclestone, Sebastian Vettel, Mika Häkkinen, Damon Hill, Flavio Briatore, and David Coulthard.

Everyone remembers the exceptional career of Michael Schumacher who, before his tragic skiing accident in December 2013, was considered the best driver of all time with 91 Grand Prix victories, 68 pole positions, and 7 world championship titles in its assets.
