Veepee, a leader in flash sales, just opened new offices in Madrid. They’re located on Fernández de la Hoz street, in the heart of the Chamberí district. This move is part of the company’s plan to strengthen its presence in Spain, a key market.
Why Madrid?
Anja Brehm, Veepee’s general manager in Spain, says the new offices will help the company stay close to its partners and teams. The space is designed to boost collaboration and creativity, essential to Veepee’s business model.
Veepee started as Vente-privée in 2001 and rebranded in 2016. That same year, it acquired the Spanish platform Privalia, expanding its reach in the Iberian market. Today, Veepee has offices in Barcelona and Sevilla, with a team of 600 workers in Barcelona alone. Globally, the company has over 4,500 employees and works with more than 7,000 brands.
What’s next?
The new Madrid office shows Veepee’s commitment to growth in Spain. The company aims to solidify its position as a leader in e-commerce. In 2024, Veepee’s global revenue reached 3.3 billion euros, a 3% increase from the previous year. Spain is a key driver of growth for Veepee in Southern Europe, with fashion being the main category, making up over 50% of the country’s revenue.
