VALORANT: Vitality Reveals 2026 Roster; Brazilian Star Less Out

European esports giant Vitality unveiled a significantly revamped VALORANT roster for its 2026 season on Monday, marking a strategic pivot that excludes Brazilian star Felipe “Less” Basso and retains only one player from its previous lineup.

The organization, which competes in the VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT) EMEA, announced the complete roster changes on October 24.

This new team is scheduled to make its competitive debut on December 3 at the Project Blender 2025 tournament.

Felipe “Less” Basso had been a prominent part of Vitality’s VALORANT squad throughout the 2025 season. His absence underscores the scale of the roster overhaul.

Nikita “Derke” Sirmitev is the sole returning member from the previous lineup, with the new team built around his continued presence.

Vitality’s 2025 season had a strong start, securing the VCT EMEA Kickoff title and achieving a Top 4 finish at Masters Bangkok.

However, the team struggled to maintain this initial momentum, which ultimately led to the decision to dissolve the former lineup.

The updated player roster includes Elias “Jamppi” Olkkonen, Dawid “PROFEK” Święć, Ștefan “Sayonara” Mîtcu, and Timofey “Chronicle” Khromov, alongside Derke.

The coaching staff also features new additions: Gregor “PAL” Morton as coach and Benjamin “Scuttt” Hutchinson as strategic coach.
