They can’t make it more fun, but they can make it easier, right? Bitvavo agrees with the Tax Authorities. The Dutch cryptoscholarship introduced a tool that lets you it is easier for you to keep track of what you owe the Tax and Customs Administration.
Tax report via Bitvavo
In a press release Bitvavo writes that it has collaborated with Blockpit. This company specializes in creating tax reports for crypto investors. With the tool you should be able to declare all your taxes within a few minutes. Blockpit’s software has Big Four accounting certificationthere KPMG and are constantly updated to comply with the law.
According to the Dutch exchange, you can easily import your digital currency data – presumably this refers to wallet addresses and trading information. The system works for the tax systems of several countries, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Spain and France.
In these countries, a tax system based on the actual return on your assets often applies, so you need all transaction information for that. So you can probably use the software even if you pay tax on the real return. In addition to your tax return, you can also use it as a Certificate of Origin for the sofa.
In fact, the tool even works for coins you store external wallets and other crypto exchanges. Many blockchains are transparent, so you only need the wallet information to find out transaction details and wallet content.
You can request the report by going to your transaction history on your Bitvavo account. The top right button says ‘Tax Report via Blockpit’. Bitvavo customers receive a 35% discount, which means that the costs are between 0 euros and 129.35 euros, depending on the report you choose.

The Tax and Customs Administration used to be little in the news about cryptocurrencies. Perhaps the fact that the counter already stood at about 2 million people last year has changed a lot about the matter. Still, relatively speaking, it is still not too bad, in some other European countries the adoption rate was already a lot higher last year.
