The film ‘Crack’, starring Vidyut Jammwal and Nora Fatehi in the lead roles, will hit theaters on February 23 along with Yami Gautam’s film ‘Article 370’. The film is full of Vidyut’s amazing action. However, looking at the film’s earnings, it seems like it is taking a break any day.
According to Sacknilk’s report, the action sports film ‘Krack’ had an opening price of Rs 4.25 crore on the first day. The film’s second day earnings dropped to Rs 2.25 crore. This means that the film’s revenue dropped by 50 percent from day one. If we talk about the film’s third day earnings, it earned a little more than the second day and collected Rs 2.3 million. However, the film’s earnings are decreasing every day on weekdays. The film earned Rs 1 crore, Rs 1 crore and Rs 0.9 crore on the fourth, fifth and fifth days respectively.
On the seventh day, i.e. today, the film’s collection so far has been just Rs 0.80 crore. However, the winning numbers for the 7th day are still preliminary. There may be some increase here, but it doesn’t look like it will be possible to reach Rs. 1 crore earnings on the 7th day. Adding the initial figures, the film has collected a total of Rs 12.35 crore so far.
Where Vidyut’s film looks tired even at close to Rs 15 crore. At the same time, Yami’s Article 370 has crossed Rs 35 crore on the seventh day. Before the release of Yami’s film, Prime Minister Modi had also praised the film. Yami’s film attracts the kind of audience that could have gone to see Krack, and his loss is directly visible in Krack’s business.
‘Krack’ is an action film with a reported budget of Rs 45 crore. The film was produced by Action Hero Films and directed by Aditya Dutt. Vidyut Jammwal is back in his familiar avatar in the film, meaning his amazing actions have been seen. Nora Fatehi, Arjun Rampal and Amy Jackson also play important roles in the film.
