The maximum continental competition “condemns the facts” and indicates that in the next 24 hours the Independent Disciplinary Judge “will issue his resolution on the incidents on the track in accordance with the established procedures.”
In addition, he gave an explanation of why the duel was suspended before the regulation 40 minutes: “None of the teams had the required minimum of two players to finish the match.” And it gives Partizán the winner of a duel that places it 0-2 in the tie.
