Six players to watch at the CFP National Championship: TCU vs. Georgia

The Georgia Bulldogs they seek to prove for the second year in a row that they are the best team in college football. To do this, they must defeat the TCU Horned Frogs in it CFP National Championship.

Here are the players to watch in the CFP National Championship.

Jalen Carter, Georgia, DT

Carter has the size and ability to anchor the Bulldogs’ defensive line. In three years in Georgia, the defensive tackle has 81 tackles, 18.5 of them for loss of yards, and 6.0 sacks. Also, in 2022 he was All-America.

Quentin Johnston, TCU, WR

Johnston’s speed is a threat to opposing teams as he averages 19.2 yards per reception at the college level. After two discreet years, 21-year-old wide receiver has 59 receptions for 1,066 yards and six touchdowns in 2022.

Stetson Bennett, Georgia, QB

Bennett has managed Kirby Smart’s offense excellently. The quarterback has completed 292 of the 430 passes he’s attempted in the 14 games he’s played this year and had 3,823 yards with 23 touchdown passes and seven interceptions.

Max Duggan, TCU, QB

Duggan does not stand out for the power of his arm, but for his mobility when pressured. The 32 annotations by air and another eight by land did it part of the finalists to win the Heismans of 2022.

Christopher Smith, Georgia, BC

Smith was chosen as an All-America in 2022 after proving that he is one of the best defensive backs in the nation. The Atlanta native made 42 tackles, defended five passes and recorded three interceptions.

Kendre Miller, TCU, RB

The running back is listed as questionable for the CFP final for an as yet undisclosed reason. Although he didn’t make it to the end zone against the Michigan Wolverines in the semifinal, Miller is the Horned Frogs’ touchdown leader with 17.
