Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film, “King,” is set to feature the superstar in a double-timeline role. Production sources have revealed new details about the anticipated action thriller.
His character will be portrayed across two distinct phases of life. One timeline will depict a younger version of Khan, while the other will showcase his mature iteration.
Each timeline will feature a different antagonist. Dancer and actor Raghav Juyal is slated to play the villain opposite the younger Shah Rukh Khan.
Actor Abhishek Bachchan will reportedly clash with the mature version of Khan’s character. These casting details were reported by India Today, citing sources close to the production.
The film’s title was previously unveiled on Shah Rukh Khan’s birthday, November 2nd. Makers released an action-packed video across their Instagram channels, generating significant buzz.
In the title reveal, Khan’s distinctive voice declared, “How many murders, I don’t remember. Good people or bad, I never asked. I just saw the feeling in their eyes that this was their last breath. And I am the reason.” He continued, “A thousand crimes, infamous in a hundred countries. The world gave only one name ‘King’. Not fear, but terror. It’s showtime.”
Suhana Khan, Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter, will also star in “King.” She is set to play a significant role alongside her father.
