Shah Rukh said, “What’s most bothersome is that a woman I work with gets questioned, and somehow, she doesn’t get the respect I give her or any woman.” He added that he felt sorry for Priyanka because she’s his friend.
He described Priyanka as “one of my closest friends, very close to my heart, and always will be.” Shah Rukh felt that the rumors were “a bit insulting” and could damage the relationships people build while working together.

Shah Rukh has known Priyanka since her modeling days.
