Prabhadevi is recognized as one of Mumbai’s most prestigious areas, known for its opulent residential towers and vibrant atmosphere. The locality boasts excellent connectivity to key business hubs such as Lower Parel, Nariman Point, and the Bandra-Kurla Complex. It is also home to historical landmarks like the Siddhivinayak Temple, alongside accessible healthcare facilities and educational institutions. This makes Prabhadevi a favored address among Mumbai’s affluent residents.
Sajid Nadiadwala founded Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, which stands as one of India’s leading production companies. The banner has produced numerous blockbuster films. Its successful projects include titles such as ‘Housefull,’ ‘Baaghi,’ and ‘Kick.’
