Rui Correia Appointed FC Porto Match Delegate After Suspension

FC Porto has appointed team manager Rui Correia as its new match delegate for an upcoming game against Famalicão, following a suspension handed to executive manager Henrique Monteiro.

Monteiro received a 10-day suspension after being expelled during a recent match against Sporting Braga. The club swiftly moved to fill the vacant administrative role.

Correia will now assume the responsibilities previously held by Monteiro for the match.

Despite the suspension from delegate duties, Monteiro was observed attending a recent B-team game between Chaves and FC Porto B on Saturday.

He was accompanied by Vice-President Tiago Madureira. Assistant coaches Lucho González, Lino Godinho, Castro, and Diogo Almeida were also present at the B-team fixture.
