Masked thieves executed a lightning-fast heist at Paris’s Louvre Museum, stealing nine invaluable pieces of jewelry in just seven minutes and exposing a significant security breach at the world-renowned institution.
Three masked individuals targeted the Apollo Gallery, a section known for its precious displays, on October 18, 2025. They gained access to the restricted area by using a service elevator within the building.
Once inside, the perpetrators reportedly used a small saw to cut open a display case. They swiftly removed nine pieces of jewelry before making their escape.
