When the world of professional padel is still interested in how the conversations between WPT and Premier Padel are developing to get a unified calendar for the next season, and when it seems that the professional players are also coming into the circuit endorsed by the International Federation, the third professional competition, Padel A-1 of Monte Carlo Sport by Fabrice Pastor, has received an endorsement for his project with the entry into the company New York Yankees in its shareholding.

In a statement from the mythical baseball franchise, its president Rady Levine announces the agreement to expand paddle tennis in the United States and the transmission of its matches throughout North America on cable television, highlighting the rise of this sport, the general practice by more than 40 million people in the world, the establishment in various countries and international expansion.

Highlights Randy Levine, that the company’s intention is to help open a gap in the United States, and recall that in the previous season the A-1 was held in fourteen cities in eleven countries. What’s more, this month of March an A-1 Master was held at Seville, in Las Setas de las Encarnaciones, where more than 10,000 spectators attended, with the triumph of Maxi Arce and Franco del Bianco in the men’s category and Marta Borrero and Patricia Martínez in the women’s category; precisely Patricia was the only one of the winners who did not also do it in 2022.

Monte Carlo also rivaled the World Padel Tour, hired professional players like Paquito Navarro, Alejandro Galán, Tello, Chingotto… who in the end were penalized with ten percent of their prize money to continue in the WPT.
